Tim Ullrey is passionate about innovation and helping organizations take advantage of new opportunities. Tim serves as Team Lead and Project Manager for Product Development at DISHER, a nationally ranked engineering, manufacturing technology, and talent solutions firm based in Zeeland, Michigan. Tim brings almost two decades of experience in product development engineering, project management, and facilitation with clients ranging from small entrepreneurs and mid-size manufacturers to large Fortune 500 suppliers and OEMs. He loves to help clients discover new product possibilities and bring them to life. Tim has worked with organizations from a diverse set of industries including automotive, furniture, medical, consumer product, battery technology, and mobility. His excellent communication skills, winsome personality, and cross-functional engineering background makes him a go-to source for speaking engagements, workshops, and meeting facilitation. Tim received his bachelor’s degree in physics from Kalamazoo College and his master’s in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.

Established in 2002 as a full-service executive search and professional recruiting services firm serving all of West Michigan, today the firm is recognized as a regional leader in the search industry. A Certified Woman Owned Business (WBE), Welsh & Associates success has been built upon a solid foundation of ethical conduct and long-term, trusting relationships with employers and professionals alike. Sheri holds a BS in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and is a SHRM-SCP, Certified Personnel Consultant and Certified Employee Retention Specialist. She is a Past Board Chair of the Leadership Kalamazoo Advisory Council, YMCA of Greater Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo Go Red For Women and the Kalamazoo Regional Chamber of Commerce. Currently, she serves on the board of directors for the Small Business Association of Michigan, Kalamazoo Communities in Schools and Kalamazoo County Ready 4’s.
